“Claire helped mentor me following the tragic loss of my daughter. I was suffering and my grief felt complicated. I would struggle at the suggestion of leaving the house and even when I felt I was better, it wouldn’t be long before I fell into another dark pit.
I met Claire at a Kundalini Yoga retreat. I found her uplifting and so easy to talk to. She has such great knowledge of how trauma effects the body and I always felt so at ease when discussing my grief with her. Claire armed me with several different coping strategies which I now use regularly. We have a weekly breathing and meditation session which Claire guides me through. Through this, I continue to learn new breathing techniques which help to calm my anxiety significantly.
