As a 200-hour RYT trained in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a special interest in Yin and QiYoga, my journey began six years ago and has since become a cornerstone in my life, guiding me through some of my most challenging times. Yoga has given me a profound connection to my body and mind, even on the hardest days, helping me regain control over my nervous system, manage stress, and find inner harmony.

I’m passionate about sharing the tools and techniques that have supported me on my journey. My approach blends traditional Hatha and Vinyasa practices with elements of Yin and QiYoga, personalized to meet your unique needs. Each session includes breathwork to center your mind and calm your nervous system and an extended Savasana with singing bowl sound healing to ensure deep relaxation and integration.

Whether you’re looking to build flexibility, release tension, or simply reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you. I believe flexibility, both in body and mind, is key to longevity, and I’m excited to share the diverse mix of practices I’ve learned along the way.
