My Mission

As a Yogabody certified Breathwork coach I am focused on helping people discover the magic and power of the breath for themselves, which so often gets over looked in this modern world.

My Story

After a Hormonal Burnout I discovered first hand the astounding natural healing abilities of the breath.
I was looking for a natural alternative to the medication which seemed to be the only thing on offer.

I had tried many things on my 3 year search to return to health but the turning point came when I stared to take my breath seriously and discovered Conscious Breathing.

It was fascinating and the speed of the postive results was incredible! As I practised, it was such a relief as each day I started to feel so much better.

Natures way to let us take control back of our nervous systems and return to the flow and balance of life as well as a multitude of health benefits too.
I was hooked!

After meditating for 25 years I refreshed my practice to Conscious Breathwork and became passionate about sharing the breath & it’s great gifts with others.
